I realize I’ve been slow to post lately; I’m much better about updating on Instagram, but I really wanted to share this recent piece inspired by Alexander McQueen menswear Spring/Summer 2017 and women’s Ready to Wear, also Spring/Summer 2017. It was also inspired by Victorian family portraits, hence the mostly black and white palette and the neutral, serious look on the people’s faces. As for the owl butterflies and caterpillar, I dunno, I just thought they’d make nice pets, don’t you?
