I realize it’s been more than a month since New York Fashion Week ended, and I had meant to post this illustration of a male model walking the runway for Anna Sui sooner, but unfortunately I just haven’t gotten around to finishing it. Not that I wasn’t inspired to, but I couldn’t decide whether to complete this gent’s look in watercolor or just plain black pen ink, lithograph style, to capture all the details of his handsome face and fair. Dilemmas, dilemmas. But in the meantime, here is he in pencil, inspired by the gorgeous runway snaps taken by Gianni Pucci on style.com. Also I’m not sure of this model’s name since it doesn’t appear on the website. Does anyone know?
Also I wanted to mention this may be the last illo posted for the next couple of weeks since I already know I’m going to be crazy busy with work and also moving. But I’ll still be around to say hello on others’ blogs. (I just cleaned up my Bloglovin’ blogroll to get rid of all the abandoned or overly commercial blogs in my feed as well as those I added because their writers asked me to and then never bothered to return to mine to say hello even once. In case anyone hasn’t done any blog cleaning lately, you should. It’s oddly satisfying.)
I really need to clean up my list too.
Rad! This is a great sketch. Love the details in his shirt!

Wow – you are seriously an incredible artist! I would love to take a drawing class. Since I don’t know much about it I guess I can’t really comment on whether you should use watercolor or black pen, he looks amazing in pencil! Also, blog cleaning, I really need to get on that lol, sometimes I’m scrolling my bloglovin feed and have no idea why I’m following someone
