Keeping it Under Her Hat: Louise Ebel of Pandora

Ok, I had intended to make my first September post about fall fashion or New York Fashion Week, especially with all the beautiful jackets and coats coming out right now. But I’d also been wanting to do something illustration-wise inspired by the gorgeous photos of Louise Ebel on her blog, Pandora.

Louise, who is French and inspired by art as well as the films and fashion of the past whenever she posts her outfit photos, has become something of a muse of mine. I’ve illustrated her a couple of times before (see here and there), as I love that her outfits are always fantasy-inspired rather than just street-style fashion. This particular look of hers makes me think a woman can never have too many hats, especially the kind with brims. They really do add such an air of mystery, don’t you think?
